The structure of the Mastermind is as follows:

ONBOARDING CALL WITH DEMI: In this 60-90 minute onboarding call we will do a FULL audit of your current business offers, marketing, processes and clients.  It is essential that we begin on the same page so that I can understand the ins and outs of your business, and the direction in which you’re wanting to scale in. What are your goals? HOW are we going to get there? We’ll do a deep dive into it all in our first session.

MONTHLY 1:1 WITH DEMI: We’ll plug in on your monthly scheduled 1:1 call to continue optimizing your business strategy. You won’t find me doing ‘’audio only’’ calls in this mastermind. I’ll share my screen, show you BTS, take notes for you, and ensure you’re CLEAR on what your next steps are. These calls are completely dedicated to YOU and your business.

WEEKLY GROUP CALLS: We have weekly group hot-seat mentorship calls where you can plug in, ask specific questions about what you are navigating, building, launching. This is where powerful women come together to mastermind. Don’t get it twisted - This is NOT just a place where you get 10-15 minutes of my time to ask a question…[BORING!] This is where you also get the INPUT from other women. That is what a mastermind SHOULD be. This is where you learn to become a better leader yourself. In our weekly calls you’ll be led in conversations regarding emotional intelligence, leadership, and our industry. Each week you’ll walk away excited, inspired, feeling supported and ready to implement.
